We love how all of our products work together to create a healthy ecosystem. Our beef graze first followed by our sheep (these animals eat different forages). After this comes our egg layers and meat birds. Once this cycle is through we allow the ground to rest and recover for around 30 days. We keep our forest cleaned up by cutting dead trees and offering firewood to our customers. Our forest also offers maple sap that we collect and boil in our own sugar shack! And finally, our pigs roam through our thickets, timber, and creek beds. This gives us tremendous forest-raised pork that is hard to beat!
